You may fill in your information on the application either by hand or by typing it in.  You should be aware that it is our preference that all applications be typewritten.  However, if you choose to fill it in by hand, please print neatly and legibly.  It is very important that we be able to read and understand your name and email address at the very least.

You should receive your materials via email (if you provided it on your application) within 2  business days from the time we process your order. If you're submitting your application and fee by U.S. Mail, please allow 
8-10 business days before you receive your materials via
your email address that you have specified on your application.

How to copy and paste:

 Hold down your left mouse button and click just before the words "Contact Information". Hold the Shift key down and left click after the words "Initials of Processor".  This whole area should then be highlighted.  Next, right click the highlighted text.  You will see a text box with options appear, select "copy".  Open your Microsoft Word program or new blank email, or whatever program you intend to use, right click in the body of the document.  Again, you will see the text box with options appear, select "paste".  Then fill it out and send it as an email; or print it out if you are sending it by US Mail.  You may save it if you wish.
